If you use places like FiXAiD, you can probably replace it fir cheap, under 50 but wouldn’t be same quality, you might have issues with is and probably won’t be water tight anymore. Just stick with your original screen, the 3rd party screen ones are crap.
Get the repair done at a Apple Certified place or directly with Apple. If it was done in place like this — contact them, so they “activate” the geniune part. If it was done in some 3rd party shop with a non-genuine part — there is no way to remove this message.
